It sounds very exciting. I got a call this morning to interview (initial phone interview) for the same position at Cascadia. So it looks like I will have to make a decision about BTC without exploring the potential at Cascadia. BTC seems like a great fit. I love all your enthusiasm and the fact that instructors will be able to influence the decisions. I don't love that it's 90 miles from my house!
